Authentic Puerto Rican Pollo Guisado Recipe

One of the most popular recipes on my blog to date is my mother-in-law’s Carne Guisada Recipe. It’s a type of Puerto Rican Beef Stew that is so flavorful and easy to make. It’s so good – that I wanted to share the chicken version. Pollo Guisado – or Chicken Stew, which is just as flavorful but quicker and EASIER to make. It is ready to eat in a little over thirty minutes – perfect for a busy weeknight.

One of the best parts of this recipe is that it’s completely customizable – you can add other vegetables to this dish like carrots, bell peppers etc. and it is so delicious.
