I am definitely late in posting my monthly meal plan, but better late than never. I have linked some of the recipes for the meals. There are a lot of repeats, grilling and crockpot items going on this month. With the nicer weather I want to take advantage of grilling out as much as I can so roughly once a week grilled chicken salads are on the menu because they are fast to make and delicious – even my girls love them. My husband and I still have crazy schedules so crockpot meals are a must for some days. He also made certain requests (like shrimp tacos, salmon and buffalo chicken sliders), so they are on the menu this month. What do you have on your meal plan?
