Happy Monday everyone! Not really my most favorite day of the week, but here we are, so let’s crush it! I have another menu plan for this week – and it include a lot of crock pot meals. This Fall has been really busy and it means later nights at work for me on certain days as well as lots of after school activities. Crock pot to the rescue! Anyway – here it is, my meal plan for the week:
Monday 10/16/17 – Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles – A recipe from Pinterest that is tried and true. My family loves it and it is super easy.
Tuesday 10/17/17 – Sweet Chili Pineapple Chicken – This recipe is another recipe from Pinterest. I love stir fry and although I have not tried this recipe yet, I am hoping that it hits the spot.
Wednesday 10/18/17 – CrockPot Apricot Chicken – Another new recipe to me but it looks delicious and super easy. I am excited to try it out. The recipe says serve it with rice and asparagus, and that is what I am going to do.
Thursday 10/19/17 – Tacos – My usual Old El Paso kit with ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese…an oldie but goodie.
Friday 10/20/17 – Pizza
Saturday 10/21/17 – Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta – This Saturday is going to be busy because we have a trunk or treat and a soccer game. To make it easy on me I am going with this recipe from Damn Delicious, which we have never tried before but my husband LOVES chicken parm so let’s hope it lives up to the website’s name ;).
Sunday 10/22/17 – Steak/Out – I have not figured if we will do steaks on the grill or go out to eat, either way Sunday dinners are my favorite.
