Mindfulness Monday #2 (on a Tuesday)

Hey guys! I’m back with another Mindfulness weekly task – this time not exactly on Monday because I was not feeling great yesterday and went to bed soon after coming home from work. But the rest appears to have done some good and am feeling better and ready to get back on track – so here we go!

For today, every time your phone notifies you of a message, a phone call or anything else – pause for a moment – relax, and take a deep cleansing breath before answering it or looking at your phone. Be mindful of your feelings before you answer it, how you are feeling in the moment and try to relax your mind. Take note of how many times you may be distracted by your phone during the day to see how much technology affects and interrupts our daily lives.
