Happy Monday everyone!

For today’s Mindfulness Monday – commute to your work or wherever you need to go today without music. This allows you to take in all of the sights and scenery without distraction. See how much you notice about the people, places, and things you pass everyday on your way to work. Does anything surprise you? Is there anything you have never noticed before that you are noticing now?
